Description
The Trane CTR1333 is a Contactor of a 2-pole, 40-amp, made especially for Trane HVAC systems. This compact unit is 4.1 inches long, 3 inches wide, and 3.26 inches tall. It is a heavy-duty switch, the contactor uses a coil that closes when it receives 24V/AC, 50/60 Hz current. This causes the opening or closing of internal contacts depending on the configuration normally open or DPST. It receives a low voltage control signal and converts it into a high power switching action to enable you to control the higher current loads of 40 FLA within the HVAC unit. Constructed out of long-lasting materials such as silver tin oxide contacts and capable of withstanding a temperature range of -40°F to 158°F.
