Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned for smooth fluid flow and reduced piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9″ nominal diameter impeller that, along with the pump casing and shaft, uses stainless steel construction for durability. A cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate supports the assembly, which can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations. The internal mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, allowing the unit to function at temperatures up to 250°F. The structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards and handles system pressures within the rated limits for these components.
The pump operates with a 2 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency ODP motor configured for 208-230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
