Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while the bracket is cast iron and the wear ring consists of bronze. It includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The 7.9-inch diameter impeller resides within a casing built for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. This configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping, as the system piping supports the pump structure.
The motor is 1 1/2 HP at 1750 RPM, enclosed in an ODP configuration with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
