Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports with an aligned configuration for fluid flow. It uses a 7.9″ diameter stainless steel impeller, cast iron casing, and a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. The internal seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The casing structure is built for system pressures, while the unit can be installed horizontally or vertically without external supports. This self-supporting assembly includes companion flanges for connection to piping.
The unit runs with a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, powered by 208-230/460V 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
