Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports, permitting installation directly into system piping. The casing and impeller use stainless steel, combined with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring. The assembly includes pressure tappings for differential readings and handles temperatures up to 250°F. Built with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller, the pump uses a sealing system composed of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP unit, configured for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
