Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned for direct installation in system piping. The unit has a 6.15″ stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing for durability. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring to maintain internal hydraulic clearances. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a rating for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure has pressure tappings for differential readings and can be installed horizontally or vertically without external supports.
The unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
