Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for fluid flow. The unit is built with a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller, and a bronze face plate. Its construction supports horizontal or vertical installation, as the pump is self-supported by system piping. The hydraulic assembly includes an integrated seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, the design complies with Hydraulic Institute standards and features pressure tappings for differential readings.
The system includes a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
