Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for installation in existing piping systems. The assembly uses a 6.15″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel casing for structural integrity, paired with a cast iron bracket. Internal components include a bronze wear ring and a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure meets pressure requirements up to 175 PSI. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations and includes companion flanges for connection.
The unit has a 3/4 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 115/208-230V, 1PH power supplies. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
