Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for fluid flow. The assembly includes a 6.15-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing. A bronze wear ring sits within the cast iron bracket to support the hydraulic components. The mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber, allowing for operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration allows for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations, and the unit includes companion flanges for connection to the piping network.
The pump includes a 1/2 HP motor rated for 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and operates on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
