Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. It includes a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter and pressure tappings for differential readings. The shaft assembly uses a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. The unit operates at temperatures up to 250°F and allows for horizontal or vertical mounting without external supports.
The system includes a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 208-240V, 3PH power supply, paired with an integrated variable frequency drive. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
