Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and 2″ discharge ports aligned in a self-supporting configuration that permits horizontal or vertical installation. The casing and 7.9″ nominal diameter impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. It includes companion flanges and a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operating temperatures up to 250°F. The casing features integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and follows Hydraulic Institute standards for an operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit has a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
