Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for installation within existing piping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller inside a stainless steel casing, which supports a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. The construction uses stainless steel for the impeller, while the bracket consists of cast iron paired with a bronze wear ring. This configuration uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, and the casing includes integrated pressure tappings to allow for differential readings during operation.
The unit uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, premium-efficient TEFC motor with a 56C face mount, operating on 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
