Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The hydraulic assembly features a 7.9″ nominal diameter impeller built with stainless steel, matching the casing material. A cast iron bracket supports the unit, paired with a bronze wear ring to maintain structural integrity. The shaft seal includes a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, compatible with fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation directly within the system piping.
The motor is a 1.5 HP unit running at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V, 3PH electrical service. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
