Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft are built with stainless steel, while the bracket is cast iron. It includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of handling temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9-inch diameter impeller is dynamically balanced to maintain smooth fluid movement within the casing. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external strapping, reducing mechanical strain on the system piping.
The unit operates with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency ODP motor configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
