Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports, featuring an in-line configuration that aligns fluid flow. The casing and 7.9″ nominal diameter impeller consist of stainless steel, while the assembly uses a cast iron bracket paired with a bronze wear ring. The shaft seal includes a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Built for 175 PSI pressure ratings, the self-supporting design permits horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The structure uses integral pressure tappings for differential measurement, maintaining alignment with standard system piping.
This unit runs on a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure motor with a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
