Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for horizontal or vertical installation. It uses a 7.9″ stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. A stainless steel shaft serves as the drive connection, and a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomer handles fluid at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing construction includes integrated pressure tappings, and the self-supporting design requires no external strapping within the piping system.
The unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with 230/460V 3PH power, combined with a 208-240V 3PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
