Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, allowing for simple pipe integration. It is built with a stainless steel casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural rigidity. A bronze wear ring acts as an internal interface, while the fluid assembly uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal rated for 250°F. The 6.35″ nominal impeller is dynamically balanced to maintain consistent fluid flow within the 175 PSI rated housing. This self-supporting unit is suitable for vertical or horizontal mounting, as the rigid casing construction removes the need for external bracing during installation.
The 5 HP, 3450 RPM motor is a premium efficient, TEFC enclosure unit powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
