Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned in a configuration that reduces piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, combined with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a rated temperature limit of 250°F. The 6.35″ nominal diameter impeller rests within the casing, which is rated for system pressures up to 175 PSI. The self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without the need for external bracing.
The motor is a 5 HP, 3450 RPM TEFC unit powered by a 208-230/460V 3PH supply, compatible with VFD operations. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
