Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation directly within system piping. The unit uses a 6.35″ nominal stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket, while the seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber construction. A bronze face plate is built into the assembly, and the unit includes companion flanges for integration into fluid circuits. The system operates at temperatures up to 250°F, with a robust structure supported by the system piping itself, allowing for either horizontal or vertical mounting configurations.
The unit includes a 3 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
