Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, allowing for either horizontal or vertical installation. The unit uses a 6.35″ nominal stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing for structural rigidity, while the assembly includes a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring to maintain internal tolerances. A mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber elastomer governs the fluid interface, accommodating operating temperatures up to 250°F. The configuration meets Hydraulic Institute standards, supporting a maximum system pressure of 175 PSI and enabling straightforward integration into existing fluid circuits through the included companion flanges.
This unit includes a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor powered by 115/208-230V, 1PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
