Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller inside a cast iron casing with a cast iron bracket and bronze face plate. The shaft seal uses a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber for temperatures up to 250°F. This unit is self-supporting, permitting horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping.
The motor is a 7 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP unit configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply, compatible with variable frequency drive operation. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
