Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, permitting direct installation into system piping. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. A mechanical seal, equipped with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, operates at temperatures up to 250°F. A 6.35″ nominal diameter impeller manages flow, while included companion flanges allow for attachment to the piping. This self-supporting assembly can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. The construction follows Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity in commercial hydronic systems.
The pump has a 3 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP motor for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
