Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring for internal clearance control. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations without external strapping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35″ nominal impeller and pressure tappings for differential readings. The shaft seal is built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. The unit is compliant with NSF 61 standards and includes a 56C face bracket design.
The pump is equipped with a 3 HP, 3450 RPM premium efficiency ODP motor, operating on 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
