Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The unit uses a 6.35″ nominal diameter impeller and a cast iron casing and bracket, while the impeller and shaft are stainless steel. It handles operating temperatures up to 250°F and includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal. The self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation, and the casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The pump includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, powered by a 230/460V, 3PH supply, which is usable at 208V. A VFD with 208-240V, 1PH input controls the motor. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
