Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for installation in piping systems. The unit includes a 6.35″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. A bronze face plate is combined with the bracket to house the mechanical seal, which uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This assembly handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The in-line configuration allows for horizontal or vertical orientation, with the pump self-supporting through the system piping. The hydraulic assembly has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
