Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.35″ stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F, with a mechanical seal including a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The construction includes pressure tappings for differential readings and meets Hydraulic Institute standards for an operating pressure of 175 PSI. This self-supporting unit reduces strain on system piping while the aligned ports permit smooth fluid flow.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit, configured for a 200V/3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
