Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow. The hydraulic assembly uses a 6.35″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller combined with a cast iron casing and bracket. The bracket includes a bronze face plate to enhance structural integrity. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting configuration permits installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without the need for external piping support.
The pump is powered by a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor operating on 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
