Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1.5″ suction and discharge ports, which reduces system piping strain. The assembly includes a 4.75″ nominal stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing and shaft. A cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate supports the rotating assembly. The internal sealing system uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration supports both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping while maintaining a rigid, self-supported structure. The casing structure is built to handle an operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit includes a 3 HP, 3450 RPM TEFC motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
