Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1.5″ suction and discharge ports, permitting installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The casing and bracket use cast iron, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. Fluid handling is managed by a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The hydraulic assembly includes a dynamically balanced one-piece impeller with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the sturdy casing structure accommodates system pressures up to 175 PSI.
The unit includes a 1.5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor paired with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
