Description
This close-coupled in-line pump includes 1.5″ suction and discharge ports with a 4.75″ nominal diameter 304 stainless steel impeller. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a bronze face plate. The self-supporting configuration allows for installation in either vertical or horizontal orientations. The assembly operates at temperatures up to 250°F and includes a seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The in-line design has aligned ports to minimize piping strain, while integrated pressure tappings facilitate differential readings for system monitoring.
This pump uses a 0.5 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
