Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 1.5″ suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The internal mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat and carbon rotor paired with EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit allows for horizontal or vertical installation within system piping. With a nominal impeller diameter of 4.75″, the assembly includes companion flanges to assist with piping connections.
The motor is a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP unit, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
