Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for installation. The casing and bracket use cast iron, the impeller uses stainless steel, and the face plate is bronze. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal handles temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a 4.75″ nominal impeller and companion flanges. This self-supporting configuration allows vertical or horizontal mounting, reducing mechanical strain. The casing operates at a maximum of 175 PSI, and integral pressure tappings enable differential readings across the hydraulic assembly.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency ODP motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply with 56C face mounting. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
