Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1.5″ suction and discharge ports, supported directly by the system piping. The unit includes a 4.75″ diameter impeller inside a stainless steel casing, with both components built from stainless steel. A cast iron bracket holds the assembly, which includes a bronze wear ring and a seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This construction handles temperatures up to 250°F and a maximum pressure of 175 PSI. The configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations, while integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP motor with an operating speed of 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230V/60/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
