Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket use cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. It features a 4.75″ nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit supports vertical or horizontal installation, while integrated pressure tappings facilitate differential readings across the casing.
The unit includes a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor for 208-230/460V 3PH power, paired with a 110-120V 1PH input VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
