Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line casing design with 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, which aligns with system piping to reduce external strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, paired with a bronze wear ring. It handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to manage pressure. This self-supporting configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation and includes integral pressure tappings for differential readings. The unit operates with a 4.75″ nominal impeller diameter to maintain consistent hydraulic performance within a sturdy, compact structure.
The pump uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor for 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
