Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has a cast iron casing with 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned to support smooth fluid movement and reduce system piping strain. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75″ stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron bracket containing a bronze face plate. This configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The internal mechanical seal has a ceramic seat and carbon rotor combined with EPT rubber, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, the pump structure includes pressure tappings for differential readings.
The unit has a 1/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for 230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
