Description
This Taco motor, with an output of 1-1/2 HP, is designed to be used with Taco Comfort Solutions pumps. It operates at a speed of 3450 RPM and has a voltage rating of 208-230/460V. The motor is suitable for use in 60Hz power systems and requires a 3-phase electrical supply. It features an Open Drip Proof (ODP) enclosure, which provides protection against dust and water ingress. The motor is built with a Frame size of 56 C-Face (less feet) and has a service factor of 1.15, allowing it to handle higher loads than its rated horsepower. When viewed from the shaft end, the motor rotates in the Counter-Clockwise (CCW) direction. It meets the efficiency requirements for Premium motors as specified in MG1-12.55 standard. The motor starts using an Across-the-Line starting method.
