Description
The Rheem-Ruud 61-102211-09 is a 2-ton thermal expansion valve (TXV) that should be used in systems that use R-410A refrigerant. It has a 30” capillary tube and a 3/8” sweat inlet on the valve. The TXV enables the right amount of refrigerant to pass through the evaporator so that the right temperature inside the evaporator is realized. This is essentialso that the evaporator can be cooled continuously and heat exchange should be effective without the influence of the heat of the extractor.
