Description
The Lennox 73K19 L160°F-30°F Limit Switch is an essential safety device required for operation of HVAC equipment including furnaces. This limit control is disc shaped, self-restoring, and typically provides a normally-closed aspect of the flow of fluids. It regulates temperature and cuts off the operation by breaking the circuit if the temperature gets too high; usually between 130°F and 160°F in this instance. This helps to avoid burning and, as a consequence, damaging the equipment due to a high temperature. If the temperature goes below this limit, the circuit is tripped and the system is rebooted on its own.
