The Johnson Controls M9208-GGC-3 Proportional electric Spring Return Actuator with End Switch offers flexibility, safety, and feedback. This rigid unit has a thermoplastic construction and can be directly installed on the damper shafts, square or round, with different diameters. Unlike simple on/off actuators, it uses a proportional control signal (0-10 VDC or 2-10 VDC).The motor’s rating makes it possible to adjust the damper for the best airflow. One more benefit is the spring-return mechanism integrated into the damper—it closes the damper automatically (fail-safe) in case of power failure.
