Description
The Carrier HK44ER233 is a Motor Module, used in many Carrier HVAC systems. This compact unit measures 5.6” x 5.5” x 1.7” and is a technological improvement over conventional motors. It uses Electronically Commutated Motor technology, unlike conventional motors that use brushes, they use an electronically commutated rotor for effective functioning. This design is a sign of reduced noise levels and increased performance. The motor can operate at variable speeds within a range that is suitable for a 50/60 Hz power supply and can handle 1/2 HP. It comes with a NEMA 48Y frame.
