The Carrier HH12ZB140 is switch on high limit designed for Carrier HVAC application most probably for furnace or air handler. A protective mechanism that will turn off your furnace in case it gets too hot. This switch is a compact switch which is about 3 inches long, 2 inches in width and 3.5 inches in height. It plays the role of a vital protective mechanism in your heating system. This is programmed to have a high alarm point of 140°F and a low alarm point of 40°F. If the temperature in the furnace is high above the high limit of 140°F, the switch turns off the power to the burner.
