Description
The Belimo CQKB24-LL is a 24-volt, electronically controlled actuator developed for HVAC zoning applications. It has a 75-second running duration and can switch between completely open and fully closed positions thanks to its Normally Open/Normally Closed function. The ZoneTightTM zone valves from Belimo, which regulate the water flow in hydronic heating and cooling systems, are frequently used with this actuator. The actuator rotates a motor that powers a ball valve inside the zone valve in response to a signal. By doing so, the valve is opened or closed, controlling the water flow to a particular area of the system. In the event of a power outage, the NO/OF function guarantees fail-safe functioning by defaulting the valve to a predefined position.
