This is a GF Signet 3-8050 Universal Mounting Kit, 3/4 inch, for their transmitters. The kit allows you to secure the transmitter to a pipe, wall, or other stationary surface near a sensor.
The kit includes a conduit base, a locking ring, and a universal adapter.
