Description
The Carrier HN68GP154 Overload is an essential protective component employed in HVAC equipment to protect against electrical damage due to motor overload. Also it works as a protective relay that measures the current passing through the motor. Above a given duration of the current above some fixed safe supply current, the overload relay opens the circuit to shield the motor from failure. This overload relay is a compact design measuring 3” in length, 1.8” in width, and 0.6” in height, which means that it can be easily incorporated into many HVAC equipment where space is limited.
