The Carrier S-4004UA is one of the replacement oils for your HVAC system that separates unwanted particles from the lubricant oil and safeguards major parts of the equipment. By collecting particles as small as 4 micron, it minimizes wear on the compressors and other equipment that is used. A filter of this type is mainly installed in carrier chillers that use R-12, R-22, R404A, R502 and R507 refrigerants. Oil filter makes the equipment to function properly and also enhances longevity of the HVAC equipment since the oil is filtered hence is clean.
