Description
Siemens 536-768 Outdoor Air Temperature Sensor is a reliable, fuel economic measuring instrument to determine the outdoor air temperature in HVAC systems. It is made of durable metal, with a resistance of 100 ohm’s Platinum RTD element for precise and constant temperature from -58°F to 122°F. It produces a 4 to 20 mA analog signal that is compatible with many control systems. The sensor operates over a voltage range of 18 to 36 VDC, which makes it suitable for a number of HVAC configurations. It’s small and simple to install with dimensions of 6″ x 3.5″ x 2″ and 0.82 lbs. In building automation systems, the Siemens 536-768 is used to deliver real time temperature data to optimize heating, ventilation and air conditioning processes.
