TheRheem-Ruud 47-21604-03 High-Pressure Limit Switch is a safety device which prevents HVAC systems from high pressure conditions. It has a 36-inch capillary tube and features reset button that can be reset manually. It is intended to open at 440 PSI and it is capable of withstanding 375 VAC. Connection kind is sweaty and length of the wire is 38 inches. This high pressure limit switch regulates the pressure in the HVAC system and, when the pressure goes beyond 440 PSI, the switch breaks the circuit with the aid of a solenoid to protect essential apparatuses such as compressor and refrigerant lines.
