The Lennox 81W81 Blower Motor Mounting Plate provides a solid installation and proper positioning of the blower motors in an HVAC system. The mounting plate adds some structure to this blower motor assembly, maintaining the support to reduce vibration as well as noise during operation and hence the need to have a better system performance.
