The Lennox X6669 is a pleated air filter that can effectively capture a lot of particulate matter in your house. This filter is 4 inches thick and measures 21 inches in height and 26 inches in width and has a MERV 16 rating; MERV stands for Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value, the higher the number the better the filter. This pleated air filter is standard in the Lennox PCO-20C PureAir indoor air quality system the filter’s pleats increase the filter’s surface area to allow more air to pass through while trapping pollutants. The filter should be replaced often, normally e six months in most homes.
